Tor Browser Bundle 1.0.2 is released.
What is Tor?!?
The Tor software protects you by bouncing your communications around a distributed network of relays run by volunteers all around the world: it prevents somebody watching your Internet connection from learning what sites you visit, it prevents the sites you visit from learning your physical location, and it lets you access sites which are blocked.
The Tor Browser Bundle lets you use Tor on Windows without needing to install any software. It can run off a USB flash drive, comes with a pre-configured web browser and is self contained. Changes about tor bundle includes an update to Firefox Portable 2.0.0.14, Tor 0.2.0.25-rc, Vidalia r2539, and TorButton 1.1.18-alpha.Tor updates include fixed threading on BSD-family implentations and other minor features.
Vidalia updates include the ability to start polipo as Vidalia itself starts up.
Torbutton updates include a number of bugfixes and new translations for French, Russian, Farsi, Italian, and Spanish.
