Add a sitemap in blogspot is very very easy.
The only thing that you need is following those steps:
1)Go on google webmaster tools.
2)Add your site url.
3)Verify it.
4)Add a sitemap with your url.
Example: http://yoursite.blogspot.com/atom.xml
or
http://yoursite.blogspot.com/atom.xml
5)Finish
