Antenna Wireless Hacks
This video explains the easiest and cheapest way to hacks your wi-fi antennas.
The final result is that you could double signal strength and antenna's range for few cents and get a more omni-directional output (less fiddling with exact antenna placement) and a gain of 5 dB.
